Smoked Salmon Ball
Serves: 6-8 Prep time: 20 min Fridge Time: 30 min Total Time: 50 min
Ingredients
1.5 cups of crumbled smoked salmon
1/4 cup fresh diced parsley
1/4 cup fresh diced dill
1/4 cup diced red onion
1 block softened cream cheese
Directions
Add all your ingredients to a bowl and mix with your hands until all your ingredients are thoroughly combined. Shape into a ball, wrap in saran, and place in the fridge for at least 30 mins or overnight. Serve with crackers. Enjoy!
Notes: This can be mixed up in your standing mixer too! Also, leftovers (if any) are great for breakfast on a toasted bagel!
