Easy Sheet Pan Egg Bake
Serves: 4-6 Prep time: 20 min Cook Time Time: 30 min Total Time: 50 min
Ingredients
10 eggs whisked with 2 tbsp water
1/2 cup cooked crumbled bacon or diced ham
1 cup fresh spinach
1 cup shredded cheese
salt & pepper to taste
Directions
Set your oven to 375. Place your sheet pan liner on your cookie sheet. pour egg/water mixture (whisk until you see bubbles ) Then top with remaining ingredients. Bake for 30 mins or until done (depending on your oven). Next lifting your liner on one side fold over your egg twice until it makes a nice roll (see pic below) Cut into pieces and serve with toast, English muffins, fruit , sausage etc… Enjoy!
Notes: You can use any fillings you like maybe try western with peppers, ham & mushroom or all veggie!
If you don’t have a sheet pan liner you can use parchment but make sure the parchment drapes over all sides of your pan otherwise your egg mixture will leak.
