Nostalgic Pasta Salad

Serves: 6-8 as a side Prep time: 20 min Cook Time Time: 10 min Total Time: 30 min

Ingredients

4 cups fusilli pasta cooked and cooled.

1 cup mayo

1 cup sour cream

1 package Uncle Dan’s Southern Original Ranch

5 stalks of celery chopped

1 bunch carrots chopped

1 large bell pepper chopped

2 green onion chopped

1/2 small red onion diced (optional)

1 cup shredded cheese (optional)

Pepper to taste

Directions

Cook pasta until al-dente. Cool under cold water, drain and set aside. Mix mayo, sour cream, and Uncle Dan’s mix in a small bowl and set aside. Chop all the veggies. Next, add the dressing mixture to the cooled pasta and mix thoroughly. Stir in the veggies, add pepper to taste and then fold in the shredded cheese. Enjoy as a side to your favourite grilled meat, or pack it for a quick, tasty, filling lunch!
