Dill Pickle Coleslaw

Serves: 8-10 as a side Prep time: 25 min Cook Time Time: 0 min Total Time: 25 min

Ingredients

6 cups red and green cabbage chopped into 2-inch strips.

3 green onion sliced thin

2 carrots peeled and grated/shredded

1 cup Hobbs Kosher Dill Pickles chopped small

Dressing

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup full-fat sour cream

1 tbsp sugar

1 tsp Herb’s Crushed Garlic

1/2 cup pickle juice

Directions

Creating this delicious coleslaw is a breeze. Simply combine the cabbage, onion, and carrots in a large salad bowl. In a separate small mixing bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients until smooth. Then, add the dressing to the slaw veggies, toss until everything is coated, and fold in the diced pickles. It's that easy! Enjoy with your favourite BBQ meats or in a pulled pork sandwich.

Notes:

We use Hobbs pickles in this recipe as they have a great crunch and do not have an overly sour taste, but you can also use any pickles you like!
