Triple Berry Granola Bars

Ingredients

6 cups rolled oats

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup honey

1/2 cup salted butter

1/4 cup Origo freeze-dried strawberries

1/4 cup Origo freeze-dried raspberries

1/4 cup Origo freeze-dried blueberries

Directions

  1. In a pot over medium-high heat, combine the butter, sugar, and honey. Stir continuously until the sugar dissolves and the mixture reaches a rolling boil.

  2. While the sugar mixture is heating, add the oats to a separate mixing bowl.

  3. Once the sugar mixture is ready, carefully pour it over the oats. Stir well until all the oats are evenly coated.

  4. Gently fold in the freeze-dried berries.

  5. Transfer the mixture onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet. It may not cover the entire sheetโ€”just spread it out evenly and shape it into a square, keeping the thickness close to the height of the pan.

  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

  7. Once set, cut into bars.

  8. Store in an airtight container. They will soften at room temperature, so refrigeration is recommended. These bars can also be frozen.
