Sautéed Garlic Parmesan Asparagus & Mushrooms

Serves: 6 Prep time: 10 min Cook Time: 15 mins Total Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

1 Bunch asparagus

6-10 Large white mushrooms

1/2 Cup fresh grated parmesan

2 TBSP Herbs Crushed Garlic

Salt

Pepper

1/2 Cup olive oil

Directions

Slice your asparagus and mushrooms and toss into a bowl. Then add olive oil, garlic and salt & pepper (to taste) and toss.

Add your bowl contents to a sauté pan and cook on a medium heat until asparagus and mushrooms are softened but not over cooked. Top with fresh grated parmesan and enjoy!
