Peach Oat Smoothie
Ingredients
2 cups Frozen peach slices
1 Fresh peach
1 cup Plain greek yogurt
1 cup Milk
¼ tsp Cinnamon
½ cup Rolled oats
2 tbsp Maple Syrup (add more to taste if needed)
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth (it will be very thick)
Pour and enjoy!
Note: Freeze a couple peaches in advance. You can use only fresh peaches if that's all you have, but the consistency will not be as thick.
