One Pot Cheeseburger Macaroni

Serves: 4-6 Prep time: 20 min Cook Time Time: 30 min Total Time: 50 min

Ingredients

1lb ground beef

1 tsp Herb’s Crushed Garlic

1 small yellow onion diced

S&P to taste

3 cups Kaslo Sourdough Macaroni

1/2 tbsp parsley flakes

1/2 tbsp onion flakes

2 cups milk

1 1/2 cups hot water

1 tbsp cornstarch

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tbsp Worcestershire

1 tsp steak spice

1/2 cup marble cheese

1/2 cup sharp white cheddar

Directions

In a large pot over medium-high heat, brown your beef. Partway through cooking your beef, add the onion and S&P. Once the beef is cooked, turn the heat down to medium and add in the milk, onion flakes, parsley, garlic, Worcestershire, smoked paprika, steak spice and 3 cups of macaroni. Stir. Then, mix the hot water with the cornstarch and pour it into the macaroni mixture. Stir it well and then leave on medium heat while stirring occasionally until the pasta is cooked al dente. Next, stir in the cheeses until they are all melted. Serve & Enjoy!
