Chocolate Caramel Apple Bark

Makes: 12-16 pieces Prep time: 25 min Cook Time: 0

Total Time: 25 mins plus 1-2 hours chilled

Ingredients

1 269g bag of caramels

1 250g bag milk or dark Belgian chocolate chips

1/2 250g bag bag white Belgian chocolate chips

1 75g bag Triple Jim’s apple chips

Directions

  1. In separate microwave-safe bowls, melt the milk or dark chocolate chips, white chocolate, and caramels. Microwave each in 33-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth (about 3-4 intervals).

  2. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Pour the melted milk or dark chocolate onto the sheet and spread it evenly.

  3. Drizzle the caramel over the chocolate. (It may not spread evenly, and that's okay—do your best.)

  4. Pour the melted white chocolate over the caramel.

  5. Using a spatula, gently run lines through the layers horizontally and vertically. This will make it easier to break into pieces later.

  6. Break apart the apple chips and sprinkle them over the chocolate and caramel.

  7. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours or overnight until fully set.

  8. Once cooled, break the bark into pieces and enjoy!
