Ingredients

1 can condensed milk

1 cup caramels

3 cups white chocolate or white chocolate chips

2 cups mini marshmallows

1 tbsp vanilla

Directions

Prepare the Ingredients:
In a medium-sized pot over medium-high heat, combine the condensed milk, caramels, white chocolate, and vanilla.

  1. Melt and Stir:
    Stir the mixture frequently until all ingredients are fully melted and smooth.

  2. Fold in Marshmallows:
    Once the mixture is melted, fold in the mini marshmallows, reserving a handful for topping.

  3. Pour and Top:
    Pour the mixture into a parchment-lined baking dish. Spread evenly and top with the reserved marshmallows.

  4. Chill:
    Place the dish in the fridge and chill for at least 3 hours, or until firm.

  5. Cut and Serve:
    Once set, cut into small squares and enjoy!

Notes:

Keep in the freezer or refrigerator before serving.

Will keep up to 3 months.
