Brie & Raspberry Habanero Breakfast Sandwich

Serves: 4 Prep time: 10 min Cook Time: 20 mins Total Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

8 slices Portofino cracked pepper & garlic bread

1/2 lb Johnstons thick sliced bacon cooked

4 tbsp Saltspring Kitchen Raspberry Habanero Jam

8 1/2 inch slices of brie

4 eggs fried

Directions

Set your oven on to broil high. Cook your bacon in a pan to desired doneness and set aside. Slightly toast your bread in the toaster (very low setting) Next line your bread on a cookie sheet and top one side with brie and the other with jam. Broil until cheese melts. In the mean time crack and fry 4 eggs until med done. Remove pan from the oven and top the brie side with an egg 2 pieces of bacon and top with jam side of bread. Broil for 1-2 minutes more. Serve with fruit salad or hashbrown’s. Enjoy!
