Asian Fusion Crunch Slaw

Serves: 6-8 as side Prep time: 25min Cook Time:0 Total Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

4 cups red cabbage chopped

4 cups green cabbage chopped

1 cup shredded or julienned carrot

1/2 cup sliced almonds

1.5 cup dried chow mien noodles

3 heaping TBSP Hofstede’s Everything Seasoning

1/2 cup olive oil

1/2 cup sesame oil

1/4 cup rice vinegar

1/2 cup chopped green onion (optional)

Directions

In a large salad bowl whisk together olive oil, sesame oil, rice vinegar and two heaping TBSP Hofstede’s Everything Seasoning. Then add your cabbage, carrots, almonds and toss. Add chow mien noodles and remaining everything seasoning and toss again lightly. Chill over night or serve immediately. Enjoy!

Notes: Serve with ginger/garlic marinated chicken breast to make a meal
