Ham & Aged Cheddar Rouladen

Serves: 4-6 Prep time: 20 min Cook Time Time: 30 min Total Time: 50 min

Ingredients

1 pkg rouladen beef (usually has 3 large pieces)

1/2 small red onion sliced thin

6 large white mushrooms sliced thin

6 pieces of thicker cut ham

6 slices of Cathedral aged cheddar

6 toothpicks

Directions

Set your oven to 350. Cut each rouladen piece in half and unroll each piece flat. Layer each piece with a slice of ham, mushrooms, onions and a piece of aged cheddar. Roll up and secure with a toothpick and place onto a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 mins. Serve with your favourite sides. Enjoy!

Notes:

This is also really good served with rice and béarnaise sauce.
