Garlic Meatballs

Makes: 35 Prep time: 20 min Cook Time Time: 25 min Total Time: 45min

Ingredients

1 lb lean ground beef

1 egg

1 cup panko

2 heaping tbsp Herb’s Crushed Garlic

1/4 tsp chili flakes

1/4 cup fresh diced parsley

1 small yellow onion diced

S&P to taste

Directions

Set your oven to 350. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients. Form into 1-inch balls and place on a cookie sheet. Bake for 20-25 mins. Serve with your favourite pepper jelly as an appetizer, or toss into your favourite tomato sauce and put over pasta!

Notes:

Freeze cooked or uncooked for up to 6 months.
