Aunt Liz’s Apple Crisp

Yields1 Serving

The Apples
 4 cups Sliced Apples
 4 tsp Lemon Juice
 ½ tsp Cinnamon (optional)
The Crisp
 ¾ cup Flour
 ¾ cup Oats
 ¾ cup Brown Sugar
 ½ cup Butter
 ½ tsp Cinnamon
 ¼ tsp Salt

Place apple in a greased 8' square baking dish. Sprinkle lemon juice over the apples, and cinnamon if desired.

Blend remaining ingredients until crumbly. Spread over the apples, so everything is evenly covered.

Bake at 375 F for 30-40 minutes. It should be golden brown.

Served best warm with ice cream.
