Whether you are camping out or cooking out this weekend, pasta salad packs & stores well, & is hearty and filling. Pasta salads are a easy addition to whatever protein you choose, or a great meal all on it’s own. We have an awesome selection of traditional, and gluten free pasta’s, as well as our local crops like peppers, broccoli, green beans, tomatoes & carrots are all coming in daily!
A classic! They don’t list adding fresh cilantro and green onion to the recipe…I would. It makes it look better, and adds a nice fresh angle to this salad. You could also take out the beef and add black beans to make it vegetarian.
Kids love this one! It is a meal all on it’s own, and the corn chips and a nice crunch.
You really can’t miss by mixing bacon, chicken, pasta and ranch dressing. This is a really simple recipe, and a good way to use up extra BBQ or baked chicken.
We carry Mexican Street Corn Dip at Hofstedes (oh my, you need to try it!) so this recipe was interesting to me. Super delish! I made a few amendments to the recipe, and it was still really successful. I pan fried my corn instead of grilling it. I also took a note from the recipe above and added a few corn chips to the top, so good! I didn’t add any cheese because I didn’t have any, but I can see how that would be an awesome addition. Very good recipe, highly recommend.
If you are looking for something a little more sophisticated, this is your recipe. Is it wrong that I would add bacon?
